Monthly Archives: February 2010

On Saturday 27 February, 11am-4pm, local photographers from the Fab Collective will be at Liverpool ONE taking street portraits to raise money for Haiti.

For a donation of £1 or more you can have your photo taken, which will go into the Help for Haiti gallery on the Fab Collective website. All money raised will go to ShelterBox, the disaster relief charity currently working to alleviate the suffering of those in Haiti who were made homeless by the recent earthquake.

I have recently joined a FAB group (excuse the pun) of liverpool-based photographers called the “Fab Collective” (www.fabcollective.com) and a couple of weeks ago I went on my first official day out with them.  Starting off at San’s cafe to fuel up (yummy), we then went down the Liverpool Dock Road and then down to Crosby Beach.  It was a fantastic day and I’m looking forward to many more FAB days out.
